  I can say I will not be going back there. This place claims to be one of the oldest & best burger joints in San Antonio. My question is how are they still open? My son and I went in for lunch today for the first time. After ordering and paying 20.51 for just us ( two hamburger and fries to share with 2 small drinks) Really..... I was thinking wow if they are bold enough to charge these prices then they may be good. We'll after places our drinks at our table I walked my son to the women's restroom to wash his hands before eating and he didn't even want to walk in because it smelled so bad but I hurried and we walk back to our table. We waited for about 15mins my name to be called. After receiving our food I settled in and was ready to eat. After the first bite I was ready to leave. I ate as much as I could and wrapped my son's food up to go. After we arrived bsck home I soon realize this meal did not agree with my stomach. I promise I will never return to this place. Not only do they cost more than there food is worth you don't even have a decent restroom to use. I do not recommend!

  Amazing burgers - their reputation is accurate! Also had a chili cheese dog, which is far better than your average. Dynamite strawberry shake too, perfect for dipping your fries into. All in all an excellent greasy spoon burger joint.

  A bit expensive, but if you want a great burger they definitely don't disappoint. Excellent onion rings. They (understandably) don't have many items that aren't burgers on their menu.
