I placed an order days in advance online and was immediately contacted by one of the employees, who explained that if I go to the store ahead of time to pay, it'll secure my pickup time. I followed her request and paid two days in advance and it was all a lie. Waiting for over 20 minutes past my pickup time and A LOT of people have come and gone with their orders. Talked to the manager, Ryan, who said my order would be ready in 3 minutes and here it is 12 minutes past the 3 minute mark. What a joke. Don't waste your money.April 06, 2017
